phew finally left with 1 more week and few days to go.
Can't imagine that i nearly survive working under such a demanding boss. His expectations are really too high.
Sometimes i wonder which is more important? IQ or EQ ? Qualifications or Experience?
With qualification yet no experience, you are able to get somewhere.With experience yet no qualifications, you are going nowhere. With both, you are determined to succeed. The working world is really cruel. No wonder parents often force their children to get as many certificates they can. Is it a paper chase?
Working in this company makes me realise even more how important qualifications can be. Without the " paper" , people are often look down upon. Though they have work very very long, their experience didn't help them much. They are still stuck in the same place.
